How much does a PEAS engagement cost?
Discovery consultations are offered without obligation. Beyond that, engagement fees depend on the tier chosen — a single application campaign, a multi-year long-view partnership, or workshop-only access. We quote transparently after the discovery call, once we understand the case. There is no surprise billing and no per-essay add-on creep.
How long does the typical engagement run?
A focused application campaign runs 9 – 12 months across a single intake cycle. The long-view partnership begins as early as Class 9 and continues into the first internship — three to five years end-to-end. Discovery consults can be as short as a single afternoon. The right length is whatever serves the case; we will tell you, not sell you.
Do you work online, or only in Pune?
Both. Roughly half of our active cohort is outside Pune — Bombay, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Delhi-NCR, the Gulf, Singapore, the United Kingdom. The methodology is identical. Assessments are administered remotely with proctoring; consultations run on encrypted video. For families within driving range of Pune, we recommend at least one in-person session in the engagement.
Who is PEAS the right practice for?
Families who think in decades, not in admission seasons. Students who want a counsellor — not a coaching shop. Parents who would rather hear a difficult truth in November than a comfortable lie in March. We are deliberately not for everyone, and the discovery session exists so that no family signs on for an engagement that wasn't meant for them.
In which languages do you advise?
Consultations are conducted in English, Hindi or Marathi — whichever the family is most comfortable in. Written work (essays, applications, scholarship filings) is delivered in English to international standards. Parental sessions are often held in Hindi or Marathi while the student-facing work runs in English.
What makes PEAS different from a coaching centre?
Coaching shops scale by templating. We scale by saying no. One senior counsellor per student, an intentionally capped annual intake, every final essay touched by the founder, and an engagement that begins before the application season and continues long after admission day. If the practice on offer at PEAS could be templated, it wouldn't be PEAS.
