Psychometric
Assessment.
Before a stream is chosen, before an essay is drafted — we measure. Validated psychometric instruments translate natural cognitive strengths into a language families can act on. The same diagnostic backbone used by global universities, applied at the moment it matters most.
Methodology
- Two-stage cognitive assessment — verbal, numerical, spatial and abstract reasoning
- Holland-coded interest inventory mapped against current global occupational data
- Personality profile (Big-Five basis) for fit with academic culture & team styles
- Family-context interview — interpreted alongside the quantitative results
- Counsellor-led debrief with student and parents, separately and together
